The problem we solve
CRM sales impact ratio
SALESTICE sales impact ratio
CRM consumes 60-80% administrative work.
Today, field salespeople spend approximately 80% of their time on managing administrative tasks, coordinating processes, planning, forecasting, and reporting. This leaves only 20% for face to face interactions with customers. This low-touch model is now the norm: and its influence on results is not an advancement but rather a dangerous distortion of the sales success metrics and KPIs.
We are determined to change the ratio back to 20/80, with 20% of time spent on administrative work with an AI system and 80% dedicated to customer and prospect interactions.

Salestice and Solestice
Where the name comes from
The solstice is the time when the seasons change, and with it the lifestyle, temperature, food, and behavior. This happens to sales as well, just in much larger cycles. We moved from spreadsheets to a mainframe CRM and then to a SaaS-based CRM in 50 years. But markets move ever faster, customers learn quicker through the Internet, and technology, like AI, changes at rocket speed.
Not only do we need intelligent alignment with changing buying behavior, customer needs, sales techniques, and sales technology, but we also need to rapidly scale into new markets and opportunities.
It cannot be achieved by patching Agents to a hard-coded, conventional piece of software that often consists of millions of lines of code.
This is why we built an AI-native solution like SALESTICE. It can learn, adopt new behaviors, and even adapt to customer-specific sales cycles. Your customer is no longer squeezed into a sales process defined by you; SALESTICE AI dynamically adapts workflows to each customer’s behavior.
SALESTICE doesn’t compete with CRM,
it renders CRM unneccessary

Quantum Speed Sales Workflow
Sales Workflow at Quantum Speed
Imagine you have 6 hours a day of customer face time. Everything else, including reports, forecasts, and administrative tasks, is handled by the AI.
A typical Tuesday
- 2:00 am every work night: A SALESTICE agent generates 5-10 new sales leads for each salesperson. It includes contact information, company background, and reasons why what you offer is a great match for that company. It also provides a personalized elevator pitch, a personalized pitch deck, and an introductory email.
- 08:00 am – You review the new leads and the respective introduction emails. You can choose to release the emails or correct them to your liking.
- 09:00 am – You start your calls or meeting, organized by SALESTICE on your behalf. Or conduct the meetings with existing contacts, also arranged by AI. SALESTICE enables you to spend the morning engaging directly with your contacts.
- 13:00 (pm) – You review forecast adjustments from the past 24 hours as well as suggestions from SALESTICE to meet monthly goals. Today, that means getting in touch with several past contacts.
- 14:00 – 16:45 – Review incoming requests for proposals and the suggestions from the AI, or conduct calls or meetings based on the schedule.
- 16:45 – Review the sales report built by SALESTICE, featuring a detailed record of all activities, incoming emails, new calendar entries, and possible next steps. SALESTICE also manages your sales inbox. Incoming emails from existing customers or prospects are recorded and analyzed before drafting your response.
- The next day, more meetings. Salestice sends info packages. Guides the step, including helping you focus. Whenever the time is right, based on content or request, it can compile the best possible solution. If, OK, it does send a project concept or whatever you are selling in a B2B environment.
- After another meeting, the prospect may ask for a proposal, which Salestize is providing right away, approved by sales.
Sales Cycle Shift
SALESTICE helps to achieve what was impossible to think

How the solution works
Generate sales leads through targeted research and audience matching, then convert them by allowing sales teams to focus on sales, not administrative tasks. With admin out of the way, your salesforce can focus on turning these leads into revenue.
Salestice turns any sales process on its head.
THE CONCEPT
SALESTICE is designed to perform nearly all your administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, forecasting, and funnel management. While you may retain your CRM due to its existing database, its usage will likely decline. Instead of managing SALES DATA, you will deal with complete Sales INFORMATION and intelligent SUGGESTIONS based on every aspect of the individualized sales flow. If you don’t have a CRM yet, you wouldn’t need one, but build up your database on SALESTICE.
FLOW & HUMAN OVERSIGHT
Every step you take in your sales process can become a Zero Administration workflow. You will have oversight over every step in the flow and may choose which steps to control.
EXECUTION
The AI dynamically crafts email content tailored to each account and step, prepares forecasts, reports, follow-ups, and meeting invitations, as well as custom steps designed to optimize your company-specific sales workflow.
ADVANTAGE & EXPANSION
Sales cycles will be shortened, and personalization will be enhanced. Administration effort will fall to a fraction of the time. Customers will have nearly no wait time, enjoying prompt and personal responses. You will quickly identify which internal processes may need improvement. With more time freed from administration, you can further increase your reach.
