Prerequisite for first-time users of CoinCards

Make sure you have a company account

BlueCallom is a business solution. It assumes you have a company. When you set up a company for the first time, an organizational structure is created with just the HQ organization. You can add additional departments, entire business units, and country organizations with their own departments. If you have multiple departments and business units, each can purchase and manage its own coin budgets. This makes it easy for an enterprise from day one. You can also use it for cost accounting and other reasons.

Make sure your account is connected to your company account.

You must either have a verified email domain that matches your company’s domain or the company must invite you as an authenticated user. Go to your personal profile in “My Portal”. You will see if you’re connected or need to connect right at the top tile.

Coin distribution across an enterprise

Coin Purchase Flow

Three ways to purchase:

Purchase CoinCards from BlueCallom or one of our partners.
Purchase Coins online directly inside BlueCallom via Credit Card.
Set up an auto-recharge account with respective limits.
It will recharge when you are below a range and in steps you decide.
That way, you never run out of coins and still keep limits.

Coin Consumption

What’s consumed:

All transactions cover all the costs.

You don’t pay for the cloud or the AI Compute Power (GPT, LLM, RAG, Vector DB, etc.). Also, the product development for the respective Agents or Multi-Agent Solutions is paid with the consumption-based Coin Payment, regardless of what level you use, how many employees have an account, or how many business partners you have globally attached.

Productivity & Instant ROI

How do we do the magic?

We calculate every fraction of an Agent process and the estimated time savings relative to manual work. In addition, users can add their judgment so that we get a reasonable productivity gain per task. The productivity gain is compared with the cost of the transaction so that we can make a continuous, real-time comparison and assess ROI.

All our AI solutions are built and calculated so that the transaction is always less expensive than its manual execution.

Gamification & Motivation

Education and Motivation.

Coins are a great way to reward actions, participation, education, and self-driven advancements. Hundreds of actions within BlueCallom provide status rewards to users. The more active users are, the more support they provide, the more they learn, and the more status coins they can earn. Unlike the Gold Coins for purchasing or selling products and be treted like FIAT monay, Status cois are rewards for gamification only.
